Ad Hoc Expert Group on Black CarbonThe Ad Hoc Expert Group on Black Carbon was established pursuant to Decision 2009/5 of the Executive Body of the Convention on Long Range Transboundary Air Pollution.
The task of the Expert Group will be to provide a report for consideration by the Executive Body at its twenty-eighth session in December 2010. The text of the Decision is provided here.
